Pharmacy Weight Loss Kirkby Lonsdale is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Kirkby Lonsdale and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration and consultation process.
Weight loss medications will only be considered for patients who meet the clinical criteria appropriate for each treatment. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual where it is clinically or legally inappropriate to provide treatment.
All prescriptions issued through our service are subject to a clinical assessment conducted by one of our qualified prescribers. Completion of a consultation form or payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our pharmacist or prescriber will review your health information and may contact you for further details before approving any treatment. You must not misrepresent your medical history or current medications, as doing so may result in serious harm and immediate termination of your account.
Prescriptions issued are valid for use only within our pharmacy service unless otherwise stated. We do not accept prescriptions from third-party providers.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway.
Payment does not guarantee dispensing of medication. If your consultation is declined for clinical reasons, you will receive a full refund. We do not charge a separate consultation fee; the cost is included within the product price.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier service used.
All medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including courier delays or incorrect delivery information provided by the patient. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact details on our website.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and your medication has been prepared, we are unable to offer a refund under UK pharmacy regulations, as medications cannot be resold or reused. If your order has not yet been approved, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.

Weight loss medications carry potential side effects. It is your responsibility to read the patient information leaflet provided with your medication. If you experience any adverse effects, stop use immediately and seek medical attention.
